What if my Starlink kit doesn't have a residential plan?
If your kit shows only business plan options (₦197,000/month for 1TB), we can activate bypass service for ₦75,000/month. This gives you unlimited internet access through our remote connectivity service with full dashboard control.
How much does bypass activation cost?
Bypass activation costs ₦75,000/month. This includes remote server connectivity, WiFi password management via dashboard, and 24/7 technical support. No setup fees or hidden charges.
How do I change my WiFi password with bypass service?
With bypass service, you can change your WiFi password directly from your dashboard at starlinker.space. The change takes 24-48 hours to process. You request the change, we update it on our remote server, and notify you when complete.

How long does Starlink installation take?
Professional installation typically takes 2-4 hours depending on your location and mounting requirements. This includes dish mounting, cable routing, network setup, and testing to ensure optimal performance.
Do you provide Starlink equipment?
Yes! You can purchase genuine Starlink kits (dish, router, cables, mounting pole) from our shop. Alternatively, if you already have equipment, we provide installation-only services.
What equipment do I need for installation?
You need: (1) Starlink kit (dish, router, power supply, cables), (2) Mounting pole or roof mount, (3) Power source (NEPA or inverter - minimum 150W), (4) Clear view of the sky. We can provide all equipment if needed.

We serve Lagos (Island & Mainland), Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and other major Nigerian cities. Contact us with your exact location and we'll confirm coverage and schedule same-day or next-day installation.

Technical Requirements
Can Starlink work on inverter power?
Yes! Starlink works perfectly on inverter power. The dish and router together consume about 100-150W. We recommend a minimum 1.5KVA inverter with at least 200Ah battery for 6-8 hours of backup during power outages.
Does Starlink work during rain?
Yes, Starlink works during rain. You may experience slight speed reduction (10-20%) during heavy downpours, but service remains stable. The dish has built-in heating to melt snow and self-cleaning features for rain.
What internet speed can I expect in Nigeria?
In Nigeria, typical Starlink speeds are 50-150 Mbps download and 10-30 Mbps upload with 30-50ms latency. Speeds vary by location, time of day, and network congestion. Rural areas often get better speeds than cities.
Do I need line of sight to the sky?
Yes, Starlink requires a clear view of the sky with minimal obstructions (no tall buildings, trees, or structures blocking the view). The Starlink app helps you check for obstructions before installation. We provide site surveys.
Can I relocate my Starlink to a new address?
Yes! Starlink is portable. For temporary moves (travel), you can use it anywhere in Nigeria without notification. For permanent address changes, update your service address in the Starlink app. We offer relocation installation services.

What are the monthly costs?

Are there installation fees?
Yes, professional installation is separate from equipment and monthly service. Installation fees: Lagos/Abuja from ₦50,000, other cities from ₦40,000. Includes mounting, cable routing, setup, and testing.
Do you offer payment plans for equipment?
Currently, equipment must be paid in full. However, we accept payment in installments for installation services (50% deposit, 50% on completion). Contact us to discuss flexible payment options for your specific situation.
Can I cancel my bypass subscription anytime?
Yes, bypass subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain service until the end of your paid period. Refunds available within 7 days per our refund policy.
