Installation + Activation (₦80,000 total) is for locations where Starlink residential plan is available. After setup, you manage renewals directly in the Starlink app. Bypass service (₦90,000 setup + ₦75,000/month) is for areas where only business plans are available - we connect you to a remote server to access residential rates.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. Applicable taxes will be added to your final invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, card payments, and mobile money (USSD). Payment details will be provided after booking.
Why does relocation pricing vary?
Relocation costs start from ₦75,000 but vary based on distance between locations, accessibility, and complexity of the new installation site. Contact us for an accurate quote.
Is there a warranty on installations?
Yes! All installations come with a 30-day service guarantee. Starlink equipment warranty is provided by Starlink directly.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees.
What happens after residential plan activation?
After paying the ₦50,000 installation + ₦30,000 activation fees, you will have full access to the Starlink app where you can manage your subscription, view usage, and handle automatic monthly renewals directly with Starlink.
